Vision is migraine-like

I'm male, 23, moderate myope. In both eyes through my visual field it's like I have an ocular migraine, just not as wild and obvious as it usually gets (I had that before once or twice). It's the worst when reading the computer screen.
I tried an Amsler grid, it's all fine. I did some visual field tests found online (apparently made by doctors), fine on both eyes. What could cause the issue and should I be worried? If so, how to properly explain it to a doctor?
I had a dilated eye exam like 2 months ago, they didn't see anything worth mentioning.

No not due to any retina stretching. The flashes seen from vitreous traction on the retina (such as with posterior vitreous detachment) are very short duration and high intensity. I tell my patients like a bolt of lightening on a dark night or a flashbulb going off in a dark room.  Migraine scotoma persist minutes to hour or more and can be seen with eyes shut.

True that one, no lightning-like flashes. I might really should visit a neurologist though.
Likely with the time and money for some peace of mind and a definitive diagnosis

The visual patterns with migraine scotoma vary in size and shape.  They cannot be seen all the time only before or during the migraine. They can be seen with the eyes shut. There may or may not be headache.   You need to have a general physical with your family MD and one of your exams should have been by an eye MD ophthalmologist.   If you have never had these before and they are becoming more common and severe you need to see a neurologist.

Thank you for the answer.
Do you think this could be due to retinal stretching (as my dioptrees are -5.75)? Or I'm completely off with that guess?

EDIT: Apart from migraines the closes I could relate it to is like when the air flickers on top of a car's roof that is lit by strong sunlight (just not that wild of course).
