Has anyone ever had vision disturbances and blurriness from the herb black cohosh found in many herbal menopause supplements?
I have stopped it for about 10 days before because the supplement said to because it builds up in your system. But this time I will stop it for maybe a month, do you think it would be out of my system completely by then?
