Weight post RD

Hello, as I started to work again after almost a year on a sick leave for RD, and after three surgery's... last surgery was last December, I'm also have silicone oil in eye... Today I took some boxes that have about 33 pounds from upper position (chest height) to lower position on trolley, didn't carry it, only lower it and push those few boxes to my workplace with trolley... I also put my leg on bigger trolly's that had those boxes and used my knee to help with weight to get them down on another cart or trolley, so it won't go all in my arms... and to ease with weight.

So my question is, can this weight of 33 pounds be dangerous for me or not... let's say you have patient with  lets say complicated RD, just to be sure.
My doctor is on vacation right now, so I can't ask him, I would be really appreciated if you answer me on that question, I know that every RD is different, but just for information.

Thank you,
Robert

It is probably ok.  You have silicone oil in the eye so it would be harder for the retina to re-detach.
