What are these particle in one of my eye that's not in the other

I went to get my eyes checked.  They gave me the photos of my eyes.  The doctor says everything looked fine.  Just of course my eye sight changed and need reading glasses.

Question, looking at these photos of my eye, why does one eye have these spots and the other does not.

Call your doctor and ask.  The good news is that he/she said that everything looked fine so there should be no worry.  Still, you have a legit question and deserve a clear answer.  Don't be shy about asking questions, and don't be offended if you relay the message to a tech, who needs to ask the doc and then get back to you.

If your doctor says everything is fine, you probably don't need to worry...

I don't really know what your spots are, but they kind of resemble drusen.  You can look on google images for other examples.
