pain around right eye and nostril when moving eye

hi, i have this pain around my right eye   for about 14 months now, it comes and goes,id have it for about one week then it stops for about a month, then comes back again for a week and so on.
the symptoms are pain around and behind my eye when moving the eye or blinking.
its a dull like  muscle pain every time i move my right eye and sometimes gives me a pain in my right temple and forehead and cheek  and when i breath in through my right nostril hard i get a mild pain like a cold sensation up throught the nostril and around the eye .i have a deviated septum so it gets blocked easy.
no swelling or redness in or around the eye,
my vision is perfect.
i had a ct scan of my sinuses, everything was ok,
had my eye checked by a ophthalmologist he could not find anything wrong with my eye.
though i went to the ophthalmologist when i had no pain so i dont know if this would affect the test.
what should i do next, is it serious?
i hope you can give me a diagnosis for this terrible pain that makes me want to just lie down and sleep

Well still ask about it and see the neuroophthalmologist.

will do.   maybe  its not cluster headaches because the pain is not that severe.

I would see a neuro-ophthalmologist (your ophthalmologist can refer you or you can find one at www.aao.org) or a neurologist. When you see them ask them to rule out "Cluster Headaches" that can cause the symptoms you describe.
