Is the human blind spot perfectly symmetrical?

I'm a 21 year old girl, I'm extremely hyper-aware - I've noticed my left eyes blind spot is ever so slightly larger in one direction, from 30cm away from the screen it's about half a cm bigger in one area (downwards) compared to my right eye.

Sorry. I'll rephrase my question... Are blind spots ''perfectly in the same area of each eye''. Mine are the same exact size radius in every direction, but my left one seems to be further down slightly, where as my right one is ''higher'' up - if that makes sense.

Not always same size and not always in position.
Thankyou, so what I’m describing is a normal thing? I know technically theyre still the “same size” but it’s as if one or the other is slightly placed in a different location. Looking at retina photos of two eyes, I notice most are not placed exactly equal but are still of the same size if placed on top of each other.
In this forum can't give that kind of assurance. which requires exam of eye, often other tests such as visual field.  Discuss with your Eye MD.
