What is opposite clear corneal incision ?

I saw an article mentioned the placement of the incision during the cataract surgery can reduce the astigmatism. That article also explains the way of opposite clear corneal incision.
My understanding is  that :
Even without the toric lens or any extra incision like LRI, the astigmatism can still be reduced by a certain extent just if the surgeon can pre-calculate the position to make the incision to place the IOL.

With my limited knowledge in eye surgery, I may mis-interpret what it means.

Thanks

It is called surgically induced astigmatism/SIA.
Dr Oyakawa makes some calculations including SIA in his youtube video:

Dr Oyakawa,
I am not sure I understand the SIA correctly. My interpretation is that the SIA can be used to offset pre-exist astigmatism during the cataract surgery.
More important, I want to confirm this will not introduce any more incision to the cornea.

I am planning to have a cataract surgery and struggling should I correct the -1.75 astigmatism with yellow tint Acrysof.

If there is a way to lower my astigmatism a bit, I think I am happy to let the glasses to correct the rest of my astigmatism.

Another question : Will the SIA increase my astigmatism make it even worse ?
I have some weir sensation after the RD surgery. I found when there is an object like a person stand close to me, part of him within my glasses and part of him outside my glasses, the size of the portion outside my glasses is larger than the one within the area of the glasses and my brain has problem to connect them. This cause me some headache. I hope my astigmatism will not increase or better to decrease for some extent after the surgery

Thanks in advance
