Why can't the eye dr see the hair in my eye when my friends and i can see it

About 5 yes ago my cats claws were embedded in my right eyeball, I was treated by the dr until it braked but was told i needed a corneal transplant. While waiting for help to pay for the surgery I checked.net eye everyday and then one day I saw what appeared to be a light or translucent Stearns of hair by my eyeball do i tried to flush out out but nothing came out. As i blinked it moved down towards my lower eyelid and i tried to grab it but couldn't. Thinking I was . my mind i asked my friend to look at my eye and tell me what she saw, she said out was a hair with something like dirt pariahs or something attached to it. I explained out to my eye dr and was checked but he didn't see it. I hoped that during surgery they'd find out but I had surgery October of 2020 and nothing was seen. It's been roughly about4 weeks now that my eye gets red and puffy and my tears and any eye drops stay in my eye and won't drain. Was told it was most likely a blocked tear duct and was given both oral and eye drops antibiotics nothing worked t ,I did warm compresses and massages still nothing helped. When i went back to the dr I showed gun the inside corner of my eye, the duct was swollen and looked like something was trying to come out of it. I was then told I had a stye inside the year duct and once again given the combination of antibiotics, my eye still swells by the duct and that dang piece of hair it's still there. I know people get annoyed at me because I'm always messing with my eye and it annoys me also but something is definitely there. Can someone please help me??????

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
It is difficult to visualize your problem from your description. I would suggest you get a second opinion, if possible from an Eye MD ophthalmologist,  that specializes in tear ducts, eyelids and orbital problems.  They are called oculoplastic surgeons,  all medical schools normally have on the faculty of the Department of Ophthalmology.  It is highly unlikely that any cat hair remains in your eyes. remember the instruments used to examine your eye magnify things 2 to 15 times.

No it's not a cat hair, ours muy owpn hair and its like really light colored. When the eye dr looks in my eye he  always stays where the hair would be located but then moves on. At times my eye will swell up so I put drops inn and this Big  eye goo will be there whenever I open my eye, sometimes a little piece of hair it's attached to it. Some morningsI can't even open my eye and it feels like something is holding it down. I know it sounds far fetched but I promise this is happening to me
