Why do I have throbbing eye pain that radiates?

The throbbing pain radiates from my eye down the side of my neck to about where the clavicle is. It comes and goes about once every 3-5 days and lasts a few seconds? Any theories?

That is a potentially serious symptom. You need to see your personal physician as soon as possible for a cardio-vascular/neurological evaluation and also schedule an eye exam with an Eye MD ophthalmologist.
