Will I lose the ability not need glasses to read after Lasik?

I wear contacts (mono-vision). With my current mono-vision prescription I lose a bit of distance to generally be able to read and a bit of reading to help with my distance. I’m 50 yrs old and can read well without corrective lenses. With custom Lasik (20/20) can I expect to lose the ability to read without corrective lenses?  I have astigmatism and my current contacts are sph 0.00 cyl -1.75 ax 90 =  reading / sph -200   cyl -1.75 ax 100 = distance.

Regards

If both eyes are corrected for distance vision, you would lose the ability to read without correction.  If you had a monovision correction similar to what you have now with contacts, your reading ability would be similar to what you get with your contacts.
