air travel 15 months after retinal detachment and vitreous surgery

I had a retinal detachment 15 months ago and had cataract surgery done on that eye 5-6 months ago.  My pressure in this operated eye is normal and low.  But the pressure on my good/unoperated eye is a little high (18 the last time it was checked a month ago).

My questions are:
1) is it safe to air travel now for 5 hours after my retinal detachment on my right eye and a borderline air pressure on my left good/unoperated?

2)  what are the practices one should do to keep eye pressure low or not borderline?  Meds/drops, food, activities, etc.?

Thanks for the help and all the medical suggestions (valid by an optalmologist) you can share to me.  I appreciate it in advance.

This is a free website right?  So I can ask questions I need answers too.  If I can ask questions to a surgeon, I wouldnt post questions here.  I dont have health insurance because I got laid off.

Are you seriously the only Doc able to help in this website?  Because you have been rude to me and other patients in need here on this website.  We have actually pointed you out.  Please dont TRY to help if you will be impatient and rude to people who are sick or need medical answers here.  Just dont answer at all because you are just making patients here feel worse!  And dont answer by putting dashes on answer to people here because they coudl wait for other patients who have had the same issues or doctors that could answer basic questions.

If you keep doing that...I will have to report you...and I have a lot of time in my hands right now...and some patients have actually talked about you here.  If you are not going to be of help...dont answer.  Ive tried to be respectful to you before but there is no excuse for rudeness...
