any updates on collagan cross link for myopic degeneration

Are there any updates on this subject?  I've seen posts about cross link in the past.  I have exchanged emails with a Dr in Germary (works w/IROC and Wallensock) and lab studies are positve and they are thinking of human tests soon....any other updates? I've seen articles on stem cell treatments w/human trials soon in the US..I have Myopic Degeneration with some damage in my RT vision and looking for hope for the future...!

I had a follow up w/my RS today and he found a leaking blood vessel...I got an injection and will have 2 more.  The RS said I have a 50/50 chance of having more injections after the two since Myopic Degeneration is more stable than AMD....I am hoping for a better future but this is depressing

I do not know any places that are doing the work. You might be able to trace investigational use places on the internet.
