black-and-white dots,vibration of vision.etc plese help

My age is 17..and i am using a pair of glasses since the age of 11 .and since then i am facing many problems in my vision .my eye sight is continuasly decreasing at a constant speed .I am also taking a balanced diet,then also my eye sight is decreasing. And In my vision there are lot's of black-and-white dot like things all around.which I can see even after closing my eyes..we can see this type of thing in phone cameras,when we zoom them to there limit.and I am also facing vibration in my vision .and it is noticeable when I take a close look of my notebook,the words starts vibrating..and i see floaters in my vision.  Due to all these eye problems I am facing loss of concentration which leads to memory loss.and 2 times I got a vision attack in which ,words and part of things around me started disappearing giving a pain in the right side of my head.  I went to many eye specialists and neurologists but I didn't got any answer...my ct and mri scans were normal ..my eyes were also completely normal..And high BP was also recognised. But I got no answers from the cardiologists afters lots of scans, about the problems. And also my body easily catches cold.and my childhood medical history is that I was suffering from cough from the age of 6 and doctors said that I will be all right after the age of 10 in the case of cough,hence I was all right after the age of 10 but then after I suffered from these eye problems and BP...No one knows what happens to me.so please help me ...I am not getting any satisfactory answers from doctors.so please help me in knowing the problem in my body..please

Some of your complaints are not difficult to determine at all. The dots you see that move rapidly and you can see with your eye shots are likely "Flying corpuscles" also known as "blue field entopic effect"  do internet search and read about also read "entopic phenomena" section of Wikipedia.  The episodes your got where your vision was blurred, distorted, vibrating  and missing and then one sided headache is a classic description of a migraine headache.
