blended vision question with nanoflex single vision IOL

Does anyone know if you target your dominant eye at 20/20 and your non-dominant eye for intermediate vision what would be the distance vision in the non-dominant eye? like 20/100? Is there any way to know when you will not have any accommodation that you might have previously had after lasik when you had functioning lenses.
Also has anyone had the staar nanoflex lens implanted and actually seen a dipter of accommodation as some studies have indicated?

There is no way to predict the distance vision of an eye at distance without correction with a target of "intermediate' without glasses.  Variables include the health of the rest of the eye, the size and mobility of the pupil, variable intrinsic within the IOL itself and its position in the eye.  Since lasik flattens the cornea it would make the cornea LESS able to focus at near.

I have no personal experience with the nanoflex IOL.
