For the past 6-7 months my right eye has been swollen with a significant feeling of pressure behind it that comes and goes. Some days are better than others, but my eyelid constantly now looks like its drooping or swollen which makes my right eye looks larger than my left. Some days I wake up with no pain, while others I need to keep my eyebrow very raised due to my eyelid being so swollen, and I also feel pressure around my upper right cheek and in my right ear I get random stabbing pain and ringing. I also feel like my eyesight is off, especially on days where the pressure is particularly bad it seems like I become very sensitive to light and it is hard to look at people in the eye. I was diagnosed with blepharitis the last time I got my eyes checked, which I think explains some of the inner eye irritation but I am not sure why the swelling would only be impacting one eye and I don't think this explains the pressure feeling. I also wondered if it could be a sinus issue- I have had a very poor sense of smell and my right nostril is always slightly more stuffed than the left. But I never have a running nose, which makes me doubt that it is a sinus issue.
