double vision after retinal detachment

Hi All,

Had cataract surgery done 1.5 yes back in my right
Eye, after which got 20/20 in right eye and was
Wearing contact Lens in left to do monovision

Just had RD surgery done 6 days back on my right eye.

Have few questions:

1. I am taking Cyclopentolate 4 times a Day, I am
Seeing double visión, is That due to dilated eye
Or imbalance between two eyes ?

2. When I looked from both eye, I see That image
From reading eye - left eye and from distance eye -
Operated eye get mixed such a way That what i see
From right eye form background of reading. E.g. carpet
As a background while reading on the phone, unless
I block My right eye half way with vericle Hand, Then I see
Correct background e.g. white background on phone, is this
Due to dilated eye or due to imbalance between two eyes?

Your response will be greatly appericiated.

Regards,
