double vision and squint even i close one eye

Hi, I am 24 and i have squint and double vision in both eyes. i dont use any glassess and i look things in following manner:
-like if it is written ABC .. i will see it as AABCC.
-if i cover one eye it doesnot go away.
-appernetly even if i dont look like squint some time , i have double vision even then.
. i went to doctor many times and they always do my eye test which comes 6 by 6 most of the time. and my squint dobnt look worse when i am at doc.
no one could help me in this regard.
please guide me as it is getting worsen and i am unable to focuss. though i do every thing but i do it vd great difficulty.

i have this by birth. and i went to many doctors, so here in pakistan in my range i couldnot find any particular to this. no one ever got the problem . please guide me or advice me that how to deal with it.

You need to determine the cause of your monocular double vision>  Please see a pediatric ophthalmologist or a strabismus specialist.
