eye bleeds

I,,have been recently diagnosis with Temporal Arteritis. Prior to the headaches and other associated problems, I had a few "eye bleeds" whre the whites of the eyes were red. Also on the side of the head where I now have the problem. Just wondering if they were connected?

It is important to know a great deal of your health problem. this is a great reference on TA also known as Giant Cell Arteritis.

The subconjunctival hemorrhages on the outside of the eye are likely not related to TA and are common. If you are on high doses of oral steroids that make a person bruise easier and they might have something to do with it.
