My sister got air freshener sprayed in the eye.....her eye is a bit red but getting better after a night. ..should she visit a doctor? Her eye is not pain and vision is good.

It is unlikely that this would cause anything more than surface irritation. Be sure the face and eye are rinsed well with clean warm water (while eyes closed) and use artificial tears or an over the counter eye wash to rinse the eyeball.
The eye should be much better tomorrow morning. If not she needs to see an ophthalmologist
