Hi doc i would love to know can bulgy eyes ever go back without having surgerey?If the thyroid gland is under controll will the eyes be under controll?Thanks a mill claire.

Dear Cla4sam,

Protrusion of the eyes sometimes, but not always improves when the thyroid hormones are controlled.  You should make sure an eyeMD is following and examining your eyes as optic nerve damage, dryness, muscle disorders can occur.
