high eye pressure in 26yr old

hi ( my english is bad sorry)
My eye pressure is 21-21 (goldmann tonometry)
And my CTT =614-610
My cup disc ratio = 0.46 and 0.49

but he did term me as a Glaucoma suspect, and he wants to see me in 6 months to make sure things are stable. At that point, if they are, it will be just once a year. No treatment for now.

my corneal thick. What is my true IOP.

How do I have a risk for glaucoma. Can I see a lifetime ?

Normal corneal thickness is about 550.  Therefore, your real pressure is a little lower.

You need to be followed to see if any damage occurs to the optic nerve.  You will probably get a baseline nerve oct and visual field test and be followed yearly. The oct and visual fields can be done a longer interval if everything remains stable after a few years.

It is probably a few points lower.  Careful follow up will allow treatment at the earliest possible time and preserve vision.
