left eye bulging out

hi am 24 yrs old ,my problem s my left eye looks bulged out when compared to the right eye,i started noticing it 5 yrs ago.in my small age photos both eyes look similar in size.morning when i get up the eye looks somewhat of same size as my right eye,but after 3-4 hrs,it bulges out a little and so my left eye lid becomes a drooping eye lid,.l hd consulted a doctor but according to him my eye vision s 6/6 and eye pressure is normal,if nothing wrong what could be the reason,wil there be exercises to  my left eye to prevent it from protruding and drooping eyelid,my frnd asked me to close my right eye with sponge and bandaid and use only left eye for 2-3 hrs to give left eye muscles more strength,wil it be effective or wil it effect adversly,pls give me a remedy...

Usually when an eye looks "bulgy" the eyelids look like they are pulled open wider, not drooping shut.  So I am having a hard time understanding your description of your appearance.  Certainly the exercises your friend suggested are silly.  Get another opinion from an Eye MD.  Find one near you at www.aao.org.
