left eye irritation many years/ not episleritis

Good day

I have left eye iritation mostly sectoral in outer corner of the eye and there are like red veins there that mostly never dissaper on this eye I have better vision than on right so I presume is compensating vision for other eye and have more strain...
However I vent to the best eye specialist on several ones and they rule out any episcleritis, pinguelitis or any disease of the eye.
I been dealing with this last 15 years and I am 40 years old male, been trough very bad moments with this eye problem and is really bothering me sensation like I have something in the eye and strain in the eye.
Every time I look at it in the mirror the outer corner is red but the rest is normal and always left eye only.
Doctors gave me only dry eye drops like systane ultra and that is it.
FML helps only awile but later is worse, dyclofenac helps but scared to use this drops frequently.....

Please anybody if have suggestion or similar issues reply...
Thanks

Well take comfort from the fact that you've had it 15 years and it hasn't lead to anything more serious and that you've had numerous eye exams that do not show anything that threatens your sight.

Veins don't "go away"  they are there for good. However they may get irritated and dilate and be more visible like "blood shot eyes" and at other times not have much blood in them and be inconspicuous.

Given where you live the most likely cause is cumulative sun damage to the conjunctiva which is the most common cause of pinguecula, pingueculitis, pterygia and flare ups of episcleritis.

Rather than trying to "cure" this you might work on accepting it as we have to do with many chronic or permanent conditions.
