my son is glaucoma suspect

my 11 years old son has cup/disck ratio 0.85 and 0.79 and we just discover that, and he has inferior visual impairment, we tald the doctor hi used to hit things while walking since his first stebs and we thaught this due to bad concentration, he has ADHD symptoms, he had sever hypoglecilemia (30 mm/dl) 30 hours after birth due to poor feeding because of an infection.then the doctor wanted Brain MRI, the result revealed bilateral malacic gliotic changes are seen at subcortical occibital and peritrigonal regions likely  representing sequalae of an old insult. 3 doctors adviced me to wait for OCT follow up after 3 or 4 monthes, and one doctor have diagosed the case as jovinile glaucoma. iam realy conserned about my son and can not make a decision

bilateral malacic gliotic changes: That is not a medical diagnosis.  Determine what the MRI or CT report says and post.   You did not say what your son's intraocular pressure (IOP) is.  He could have large C/D ratio if he is myopia, or he could have optic nerve coloboma,    He needs to be under the care of a pediatric ophthalmologist or a glaucoma ophthalmologist.

Dr john, i appreciate your response, his IOP fluctuate between 12 and 17 mm hg bilaterally. and the MRI findings was bilateral malacic gliotic changes are seen at subcortical occibital and peritrigonal regions acquiring mixed signal intensity on FLAIR sequence, bright signal on T2 WIs with areas of cystic malacia likely  representing sequalae of an old insult and the opinion was, MRI  suggestive a sequalae of an old vascular insult implicating both occipital subcortical regions and peritrigonal regions, which could be secandory to prior episode of PRES (Posterior Reversible Encephalopathy Syndrome) or dehydration.
all doctors i have mentioned are glaucoma ophthalmologist.
my son is myopic with smal degree OD(SPH 0.5 - Cyl 0.5 - AXIS 165) AND OS(SPH 0.5 - CYL 1 - AXIS 180)
Well he is in good hands. I can't add anything more that you don't know. "Malacic" is not used often in most MRI reports it comes from "malacia" which means 'softening"
thank you Dr John,i appreciate your help.
You are welcome. Best of all possible outcomes.
