near and far cataract lens

I have had cataract surgery and implanted one near lens, one far lens.  I can read perfectly, but distance is blurry.  Is there some way I can "train" my 'far eye' to work better?

No you will need to rely on glasses or contact lens.

IOL power predictions are not an exact science.  Assuming that your blurry distance vision is the result of the wrong IOL power, getting a LASIK "touch up" might be another possibility for you.  You could discuss this with your surgeon.
