when eye size is small light is focused behind retinal surface so vision will be blurry, to correct it convex lens are used which will help to focus on retinal surface for perfect vision.

This is the reason we have doctors; it takes time and effort to learn things like anatomy and physics.

Basically, your eye is not 'small'; it's short from front-to-back, which just means that light passing through your lens has no choice but to land further back than in a normal eye.  Here's a page with photos:

in a small eye (i mean one which is not so oval as a regular one) focal point of eye's lens will be behind the retina, the reason for this is that the distance between lens and retina is smaller in a small eye than a regular regular. so vision will be blurry

hope you got the answer.

Huge no of ophthalmologists & other doctor's are passing out everyday but hardly none have the interest to help others through a wide media like internet, only a few great doctor's like in medhelp have that interest & curiosity to learn more about the subject & become an expert in the subject rather than for money alone.  Drraghda have the curiosity to reach a vast eye community like this at the beginning for her career just because she have a deep ambition & interest so ophthalmology is the right career for her irrespective of temporary ups & downs which is a part of every career.
