photophobia

sir,
i am an 18 year old and having keratoconus for nearly three years..i am facing difficulty in opening my eyes in bright light especially at day time...please tell me what to do to diagnose this problem???

1. Stay under the care of a psychiatrist.
2. See an ophthalmologist Eye MD for a baseline Eye exam.

sir i have photophobia and phonophbia.....is my panic attack related with those....? i quit revotril .5 mg and amytriptiline 10 mg 3 months ago by tappering off after using 6 months for bad headache and insomnia..... what i will do now sir....?
