Specific recommendations must come from the eye MD surgeon that can look at the eye and make the professional judgements.

Dear Sir,
Thanks a lot as you releaved us from anxiety. The nose side corner of right eye remains little red with slight pain.Watering is 3/4 times in a day,but as you mentioned, with the present treatment it may disappear over a period.
Left eye IOP is being controlled at 16/17mm.hg.without such problem.
Sir,do you advise any precaution to sustain present level of vision being 20/30 after filtration surgery of Narrow Angle Glucoma?Unfortunately it was diagonised late when IOP was 40/38mm hg,causing some deterioration of optic nerves revealed on field test.
Her macula and retina are observed normal on FFA.
We are extremely grateful for your support,as me too at 72,is suffering of NAG.After laser surgery iop is controlled at 14/16mmhg using Xalatan once.
GOD bless you,sir,

glaucoma filtration surgery is high risk surgery. Risks include under and over filtration. However once the situation has stabilized and the tissues heal (say 4-8 weeks) the likelihood of these problems occuring in the future is very small.
