pupils different sizes after dilated eye exam

Hello.  I already wrote here, but I have very high health anxiety.  I note and overthink everything possible.  three months ago I had an ophthalmologist's examination where she dilated my pupils.  after that I noticed that one of my pupils was a little bigger than the other.  I looked at various pictures of myself and saw that the pupil looks bigger only in the pictures after that examination.  I went to the ophthalmologist again and asked her about it.  she checked how the pupils reacted to light and said everything was normal.  I am very worried and thanks for the answers.

Look at some old photos to see if it was present. About 10% of people have some measurable different in the size of the pupil "physiologic aneisocoria"   It will not harm the health of your eye.

I already have.  I looked at the old pictures (before the inspection) and I don't see anywhere that there is a bigger one.  only in pictures after inspection.  I noticed that by reading something on the internet about dangerous symptoms, looked in the mirror and saw that one pupil was bigger.  now i have another symptom.  when I look at that eye (left) it's a bit blurry even up close.  it didn't go with each other.  that blur started a few days ago.  I google symptoms a lot and find reasons to panic.
Sorry, I used google translate and it didn’t translate well. I looked at the old pictures and pupils were the same sizes. Only pictures after that eye exam show pupils different sizes. I noticed that when i read about some symptoms and that appeared. I immediately looked in the mirror and noticed. Recently I got a new symptom. When I read text on my phone, when I cover my right eye (normal pupil I think) text is slightly blurry. Also I check myself a lot and google everything possible. I also have a high screen time , about 7-8 hours. Thank you so much for your patience.
If you have returned to your ophthalmologist and have your pupils and eye checked after dilation and the ophthalmologist did not fine a problem or concern don't worry. The cangerous is a sudden  dilation of the pupil, usually with other symptomes like double vision, droopy lid or headace.
