serious eye condition?

hi,

i'm in my late 20s and i have a couple of eye conditions, and i'm not sure if they were related or not. i already had my eyes examed three times by three different physicians, and in three different institutions, and any proffessional advise is seriously appresiated.

my eyes burn and produce tears and it gets worse by wind or dust or both. my eyes produce eye crust, and when i wake up i find it produced usually in moderate quantities but sometimes one or both of my eyes get closed by big quantities of it. and it is sometimes sticky and sometimes gritty. i feel a slight pressure in my left eye's down-left corner with a slight pain when move my eyes towards it. when i focus on something for more than 5 minutes my eyes start to burn and produce tears, which is a real annoyance when i'm reading. when i focus in a bright light -like day light-, i see tiny thins moving as if they were swimming fishes, also i see some transparent lumps that look like folded guts or flexible tiny pipes, and one of these lumps makes a dark dot in my left eye, i see also groups of transparent spots that look like cells under a microscope -a transparent circle with a dark dot at it's center-. that would be all.

now i have bean diagnosed with pernicious anemia two years ago and i'm still undergoing treatment, with b vitamins specially b12 and folic acid, in addition to iron caps. since i started the anemia medication the eye burning started to get better but is still there. i have had an iron panel and my ferritin is 166, which indicates some sort of an infection as i've red in many texts.
i had stool analysis, urin analysis, liver/kydney function tests, and some other lab tests, non have shown any thing. i had orchadexoline eye drops prescribed in every time i went to have my eyes examed, with varying artificial tear drops from physician to physician. i used the orchadexoline drops as prescribed by each physician, with no apparent results. i'm not sure what kind of infection i may have, but i heard that tapeworms could cause eye problems, could it be that? i have an inflamation in my stomach which might suggest an H. pylori infection, but i'm still not sure, and i will post a question conserning that in the respective section.

i hope that my describtion is enouph enformative, and i hope for a solution for my condition(s).

thanks

IF you've been examined by 3 different ophthalmologists Eye MD physicians and nothing has turned up it's no likely serious. Your symptoms could be due to dry eyes-tears dysfunction syndrome and hyperawareness of vitreous floaters and entopic phenomena.

thank you doctor Hagan for your reply.

please pardon my numerous spelling mistakes.

i red this article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entoptic_phenomenon,

this article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floaters,

and this article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_field_entoptic_phenomenon.

and they were informative of the causes that you kindly described for a couple of the conditions i experience. yet still i find no explanation of the other conditions that i mentioned in my first post. the pressure i find in my left eye's down-left corner, the pain i feel when i look towards this direction, why my eyes produce such ammounts of eye crust.

thank you again for you reply, and i hope you answer to these questions too.

You need to have realistic expectations of what we can and cannot do here. I cannot diagnose your problem. Hopefully the "doctors" you saw were MD physician ophthalmologists. You may return to the one you feel most comfortable with and discuss your concerns and have a repeat exam. Alternately you can get a 4th opinion from the best opthalmologist you have access to, if at a medical school so much the better.

I was reading the above Comments you made and actually i need your advice as I'm a Permanent user for the Turk Contact lenses ( 7 years) due to my Astigmatism and Diopter and can't have Lasik surgery due to my cornea Thickness so i always use my contact lenses, 5 weeks ago i had a Tracoma and was removed and then my doctor advised me to use my contact lenses the second day as it has nothing to do with my surgery, I did that and felt pain in my left eye with a burning feeling so i went to another doctor who found a Hair in my eyelid and removed it, the pain was reduced but didn't disappear, Then again another doctor who said that i have a Dry Eye and everything else is VERY Good, he adviced me using the ORCHADEXOLINE for 1 week, today is the third day and i'm still getting the Heat and itchy feeling in my left eye and seriously I don't know what to do ? should i visit another doctor or this Dry Eye takes time to eal? bearing in mind that i never had so long time to cure
thanks for your assistance
