vission in the night

Sir, my daughter sees very well in the night but can't identify anybody or object in day light.also when you take her from the room and enter sun light she covers her eyes.what can be the cause?Is it that she has low and poor vission?and can it be corrected?is surgery require here? thanks

I would recommend that you take your daughter to an eyeMD and determine the cause of her light sensitivity and what issues she might have.  She should see and eyeMD specializing in retina due to her prematurity.
