Without a complete history, physical exam, lab result review and medication list, I can' give you an exact diagnosis or treatment plan.  Your symptoms don't fall into any one neat category of a specific physical diagnosis.  What type of surgeries did you have?  Have you been tested for mononucleosis, anemia, thyroid disorders, depression, and connective tissue disorders?  Also have you been to an optometrist who can check your vision?  I would start with these basics.  If anything is abnormal, I would then go to the appropriate specialist who can do further testing and treatment.

Wow, that is a whole lot of symptom, like an episode in House MD. It would really help if you could list them chronologically, like which happened first followed by what and also qualify and quantify them (i.e. vision loss, how long did it last, since obviously you already got your vision back as you are able to type this message).  The pain you are suffering from, describe them (i.e. what provokes it, palliates it, quality of pain, radiation, severity and timing).  The disease progression can help identify the natural history and thereby the disease.  It is really important that you go to a doctor, an internist.  hoe you get better.
