I promised myself a bit of what I reallly reallllyy fancied for breakfast today - I had a small packet of cheesey wotsits (about 21g) Basically they are like cheese doodles. I used to eat 4-6 packets on a night watching TV so have really missed them.... and they tasted devine! - theya re baked and are 95 calories so not a HUGE bad choice - but not really a breakfast food either. Lunch time I am having BBQ pork ribs - thats thenext thing I am really craving - but I will have just the ribs- no fries with them. So I am learning to be goodish lol.
I'm looking forward to seeing all your stats in the morning!
Thats really bad - go get some legal advice - she has to fulfill her end of the agreements :(
I will be watching your facebook... Still no internet hooked up out here, but the hot water/gas leak is more important....they aren't fixed yet either. The lady who we are renting to own from is suppose to do repairs over $100.... she wants us to sell the big propane tank to get money to get a smaller one and fix the leak.
I'm really frustrated with her and there are laws about this kind of crap here.
But yes, when I am online I'll be looking in on your photos and stuff on FB.
I can not wait - think I am more excited than they are... wish I had more money to spend but hey ho.... we will have a good ime- watch out for facebook photos lol.... I post a lot!
I bet you're really looking forward to getting away with your kids and enjoying yourself.
yeah I think the time between meals is quite crucial. I jsut have an appl and some gapes for tonight then I start my 8 choice days.... gonna stay good tomorrow so I can have my fish and chips and ice cream on the beach on saturday lol
I lost the most on days where I ate 3 hours apart....when I don't eat every 3 hours, then I seem not to lose as much.
I'm researching this sausage thing to see if another kind besides what I've been eating would work the same.
rofl what a delightful combination - NOT! lol
yeah I try and finish eating by 7pm but 3 times I have not made it to the final meal :(
It's hard not to look at what I gained, until I lose that. I think you'd feel the same....I think. And 5.6 lbs is good for 3 days of dieting. Onto Day # 4 Cycle 2. Guess I better eat before it gets too late.
We decided to go to church last night for the first time in a long time....was a good service, but I didn't get home until 9:30 pm and I still needed to eat my final meal. I don't like eating that late.
Time for some oatmeal and a garden salad...I think I'll skip the salad. LOL
Looking good girl..... dont look at what you gained at teh end of the cycle look at what you lost from teh beginning - and same with this cycle 5.6lb in3 days is amazing again :) x

Today is "Fruit Day". Day # 2 - Cycle 2 Tuesday, July 12, 2011
I'm doing good so far today. I'm using the tomato soup staple for part of today.
FL4I calls for "Fresh Fruit", but with some of the crappy produce here in Oklahoma, I've resorted to frozen.
I had some frozen strawberries just a while ago...and it was quite the treat.
I'm trying to space my meals 2.5 to 3 hours apart and here it is 4pm and I still have two meals to eat.
I think my meal # 3 I'll eat my sandwich, then some grapes & frozen strawberries later on for meal #4.
Energy level is low today, but I had a rough night trying to sleep last night too.
Will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings on the scale.
