I am worrying that I am goig to get suck again between 184 and 184.6lbs - HOPE not -  se what tomorrow brings :)

I don't feel much like a motivator....I've been pretty quiet/busy lately.

But...34 isn't much to go to get to your goal.  

I have 32 just to get to where you are, so hang in there. You aren't stuck...you are a woman....we have these hormones that do stuff to our weight....along with maybe some salty foods that cause us to retain water and weight I'm sure.

I'm going to get a little more sleep before I weigh in, but I'll be back after a while.  I'm betting my numbers aren't too good today. I did soup twice yesterday and didn't get on the treadmill at all yesterday.

34 lbs isn't much to go girl!

The scale is going in the direction towards your goal now. You'll be at 150 lbs in no time!

I don't think you have to eat every 2.5 hours, but can't eat your next meal until at least 2.5 hours have past.  You could do every 4 hours and be fine, I'm sure.

Im sure gonna try and stick at it till I reach goal weight -  I know holiday will be a hick up.... but yep Im gonna try hard.... go another 34lb to move....

Yep i think everyone can see big results if they truely follow the rules :)

I'm betting bebe? is going to see some outstanding reults as long as she sticks to the plan...being the water and only eating til satisified and eating at least 2.5 hours apart. I bet she gets some huge losses.

Don't forget my 1.2 gain on my final cycle 1 weigh in on Friday. LOL

We're both doing great. I only hope that by the time I reach your weight that I will lose so quickly.

You're doing a great job...especially with the crappy food choices we have.  

Do you think you're going to be able to stick with this until you reach your goal?

I'm going to try, as long as it keeps working for me.
