Azoospermia

I am suffering from Azoospermia as I had undescended testicles at birth which were brought down later on. My sperm count is zero. Please tell me what is the cure/treatment of this disease.

Your immediate response would be highly appreciated.

There are some types treatable and others like my husband has which is not. If you want to know more I would be happy to let you know what years of specialists and testing he went thru to get our answers but rather do it privetly and not on an open post.

This is the same problem many men are facing now-a-days, i may not totally know it though, there are surgical options that can fix the problem, if not, there are surgical methods to extract sperm to produce babies, as that might be one of your concerns, your wife may not be able to conceive naturally and you may have to go for ICSI IVF method, there are several options that would provide alternatives. good luck.

I can tell you what I know about this if you rather private message me. My husband has the same problem. When we're they brought back down , how old are you, how old we're you when you had the surgery and how long has it been since surgery. I would need this info in order to help give you an accurate opinion. These were all factors my husband had to answer.
