2 periods in one month!

I had my coil removed on 8th January then my period came on the 12th January bled for 4days, then came on again on 25th January for another four days! Ive been having tummy cramps and yesterday started losing clear discharge, and having waves of sick. Im am tryibg to become pregnant could this be a good sign, thank you in advance for your help.

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that working on conceiving is going to be much easier once your cycle re-establishes itself.  In other words, once your periods become regular.  Until then, it is difficult to tell whether or not you are ovulating at all, much less when.  Of course you might already be pregnant, which would be wonderful!  IF you don't have a regular cycle by the end of three months, contact your provider.

Thank you very much for your help, I only have one ovary will that hinder my chances of becoming pregnant?
