Polycystic ovaries but with regular menstruation

I was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries and i'm trying to get pregnant. Though I have polycystic ovaries but I have regular period. Sometimes my period is late by 2-3 days and max of 6 days. Will I get pregnant?

Hi!
If you have a regular menstrual period, chances are good that you are ovulating, and if you are ovulating, chances are good that you can conceive.
One thing you might want to do is ovulation predictors--they are near the pregnancy tests in the drug store. You could also ask your doctor to do a progesterone level on day 21 of your cycle, to confirm ovulation.

Thank you so much for your help. My husband and I really wanted to have kids and we've been trying for 2 years now and he's working overseas. He comes home every 6-9 months.
