Hi!
The type of cyst you are decribing is probably a follicular cyst, in which case it will almost certainly go away on its own within the next 4-12 weeks. While a cyst is present, most doctors won't recommend Clomid. It is possible that the cyst may prevent you from cycling normally within the next few weeks, but as it dissolves, your cycles should return and you will become "fertile" again. If you were my patient, I would be sure to reccommend doing an HSG (dye study) to determine whether your remaining tube is open or blocked. You won't get anywhere with a blocked tube, so it's important.
Good luck!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I was diagnosed with PCOS, I used to get a lot of cysts on my ovaries. I felt like my only option was IVF. Have you considered IVF. I tried clomid, ,without results.
