trying to conceive with pcos help!

I am trying to conceive but I have pcos because I am insulin resistance with high testosterone, which cause me to light bleed everyday the bleeding is brownish in color and I kno this is not a true period. what can I take to regulate this and help me conceive

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that I would prescribe Metformin and Femara to help you conceive.  First I would give you five days of progesterone to start a period and clean all the debris from you uterus.
Once a period had started, I would start the other two medications to help you ovulate.  You are not ovulating regularly, which is probably the reason for the discharge.  You will have trouble conceiving without ovulating.

I actually never got a period on my own but only with birth control pills but tank you so much you gave me hope!
