I have a hard time getting pregnant I also do not get periods. I have had alot of tests done and they do not know why. They told me everytime I want to get pregnant I need to get on pills to do so. They put me on Prevera to get my period and seroohene to ovulate. I took both of these before and it worked now we are working on our sencond child. To me it doesnt sound like you have a problem getting pregant its carrying the baby that is the problem. Hopefully they can figure out what the issue it. Good Luck.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
If you were my patient, I would refer you to a fertility specialist to evaluate the cause of your recurrent miscarriages.  Three in a row is a lot of miscarriages, and warrants a work up.  They will typically do some blood work to find out if there are any problems with hormones, or clotting factors in your blood.  They often will also test you to see if you might have an abnormally shaped uterus or endometriosis.
You should get evaluated for problems before having to suffer through any more miscarriages.
Good luck!
