There are a lot of factors that you will need to figure out. I had irregular periods all my life and was eventually diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). It is usually treated with clomid, but some people need further treatments. I was able to get pregnant with clomid, but also needed other options b/c my husband had morphology issues as well. I would definitely talk to your doctor to see if further testing needs to be done. Good luck!
