Hi all I've been reading all your comments, I had 2 embryo transfer  both at 5 cells and grade between 3-4 6 days ago, and since the 11/11/13 I've been having really bad cramping like period pains, they come and go!! I'm nerves about it as it's my first ivf/icsi treatment

It could be your uterus stretching to accomidate the growing embryo(s).  I don't think it's abnormal.

Yeah you are right, I will ask for bloods, to pay all this money and have a home test I don't think so ☺️

Your IVF doc said to just test at home and didn't schedule a beta?  That's unusual. Usually you're discouraged from testing at home due to false positives or negatives and beta is anywhere from 10-14days post transfer, although I've seen quite a few ladies having betas at 8 and 9 day.  I would absolutely do bloodwork. You didn't go through all of this to rely on a home preg test.
