1 Positive 2 Neg

Hi all! I've had a rough TTC journey but now there is a little hope. Sorta? Earlier this month I had my first positive ovulation test. I have went through like 3 or 4 now and all were negatives, until this month! :D I was very excited to say the least. Yesterday I was supposed to have started my period. Needless to say I didnt. I had an extra HPT laying around so I was like why not? It was positive!!!! It was kinda faint, pink not purple but still a POSITIVE! I was overjoyed. My husband didnt believe it so he bought me 2 more hpts but they were not the same brand as the first. The new ones were clear blue. I took one later that night and BFN, and then one this morning, bfn! So now im kinda crushed but I want to stay hopefull! But at the same time I dont want to get my hopes up, just to fall down so hard like before... So what do you think?

Strangely enough, different tests seem to work better for different people.  Wait a couple of days and try another test (maybe the 1st kind again).  Remember, don't look at the results past the time limit in the instructions--you might see an evaporation line and think it's a BFP.  Hope it turns out well for you.

It is possible that the first one was more sensitive than the others. I would buy an frer and test again. If it is neg, I'd say the 1st one was a false pos or it was a chemical pg. If is bfp, the cbe's weren't as sensitive. Good luck!
