7dpt blood test negative

I did a blood test 7 day post frozen embryo transfer and turned out. The doctor said it was early to test. Do you think there is any hope for me? I am so disappointed. I have the final blood test in 6 days.

*Two - The cells of the morula continue to divide, developing into a blastocyst
*Three - The blastocyst begins to hatch out of its shell

*Six Implantation continues
