Am I crazy?

This is my first time on one of these sites where you ask the questions so please dont judge me.... I am 31 years old and I want more then anything to have a baby. My husband and I recently started trying probably been trying about a month, (i know it isent long) I am seriously becoming obsessed with the whole thing really!!! Im buying ovulation and pregnancy tests and doing them every day. I know I dont need to be doing this but I just want so bad for the test to be positive.
I have been diagnosed with pcos, and diabetes but have recently lost 30 pounds and the diabetes is no longer an issue and i have been getting my periods regularily for quite sometime..
I feel as though im going crazy!! its on my mind 24/7 and i know the stress and worry isent helping the situation at all. How long does it take to become pregnant?
He has ejeculated in my numerous times and still nothing. I have also been trying to track my cervical mucus but i have not had the "fertile type this month. could that be stress??
Anyone out there in my shoes?

Have you had your period since you started trying?  Since it's only been about one month, you may not have caught your ovulation last cycle, and it might be too soon for you to have ovulated again this cycle, or too soon to test positive.  I would suggest charting your cycle for a bit, to ensure that you know when you are ovulating to be able to hit the best days to try to get pregnant.  Testing every day won't do you any good if you aren't bd'ing (baby-dancing aka making love) when you are most fertile.

Good Luck, and try not to obsess too much, that can actually hinder your chances of conceiving.

Try to relax a little. It may not happen the first or second month, it could take time. Know that you have Pcos, you may want to talk to you doctor and see if  you doctor can give you any advice on ttc, with pcos, they may be able to suggest how long to try on your own before suggesting further testing, etc...

It can take the average couple 6 months to a year. Most people are told seek a doctors advice after trying for 1 year.
