Just got a call from the nurse.  Will need to take HCG 3 more times, this is after the transfer.  Anyone else had to do this?  Is this a bad sign?  Also this pushes my beta to April 5th.  So now I am in a 3ww.  Fun times :(

I'm so sorry to hear this.  but it seems like you have a plan B.  I have read many women have gret sucess with egg donord.  GOOD LUCK and I will say a prayer for you tonight.

My AF came this morning and now Im having really bad pain. Im never in pain when I get my period. This one is bad. I still need to go for my brta tomorrow. No point. Im sad but I kind of new it yesterday. I just had a very bad feeling about it. I won't do another IVF with my eggs..... no way!!!!! Its very clear they have issues due to my age. Im tired but won't give up. I know a baby will come even if I have to do eg donor or something.

Sorry to hear the news. I will add your name to my prayer list. You should get approved .  IuI is something very special.  I did IUI back to back 3x and moved on to IVF.  This is the longest andhardest journey we have to take.  Praying that you get your BFP soon.

The nurse just called and my test was BFN.  I expected this because the sperm count was very low for the IUI - but I was still hoping!

We are taking a month off while we wait for insurance approval for IVF with ICSI.  The nurse I spoke with seemed confident that based on our history of ttc we should get approval...
