Help me out please I'm really depressed and want to kill myself I'm useless

Im32 and 2years had been pasted of our marriage but don't have kids. When ever me and my husband intimate with each other I get pain in lower abdomin and my periods stops for 3months as before marriage I was having irregular periods problem bt now I'm dying with the pain in lower abdomen 1year back I got severe cystitis and got treatment for that I'm unable to conceive due to which me and my husband has fights all the time he always blames me for not having child please help me out..rite now I'm in severe pain of lower abdomen help me out

Have you had some diagnostic testing done?  Could you have endometriosis? Please work with your doctor for solutions.  And know that you matter.  Things can be worked out.  You could also consider fertility treatment for a baby to bipass anything else going on.

Please don't kill yourself.  Most medical problems, such as the one you describe, can be resolved with the ongoing attention from medical professionals.  

If you are having severe pain, please go to your local emergency department.  While we cannot diagnose you from here, it could be an indication of an infection, or of ovarian torsion, or an ovarian cyst that may burst.  Any of these are treatable, but it is imperative that you seek medical attention as soon as possible.
