How should I be tracking my ovulation after Clomiphene Citrate dose?

I am very new to using any form of medication for infertility. I also have very irregular periods and unfortunately don't know what I ovulate. I was told to take the Clomiphene from day 3-7 of my menstrual cycle which I just finished 2 days ago. I've been having strong cramping and kept a steady light period flow. Spotting and needing to use a liner.

How should I be tracking my ovulation so I know exactly when to have intercourse???
