trying very hard

My fiancée and I are trying to conceive. It has been about 3 months and we have had no luck so far. Is there anything that I can do or take to make this process happen faster.  Should I go see a doctor. Should I start to worry.
Please help!

Hey - how old are you? a boring statement, a healthy couple takes usually a year to conceive due to x y z reasons. If you are anxious, track ovulation and try again. If it doesn't work still, can see a doctor for more info.

and one more thing, you definitely shouldn't worry yet :)
