Mommyin10- THINKING OF YOU TODAY!!!!! ;) I'm SO excited for your update, so post asap with your awesome news! ;) I still haven't gotten any pics of the babies yet... but I will tonight and I'll upload them! I still have to fix my u/s pics too! Just seems like I'm sooo busy these days! ;)

Rachjas- Guesito put it perfectly, a bittersweet situation... I'm very sorry for the loss of one of your sweet babies, but how wonderful that the other is moving right along! And you got to see the hb!!! I bet you felt a BIG sigh of relief after seeing that! I know I did when we saw Addy's! :)

Keyan- How sweet that you got your "first born" through a similar situation as mine with the kitties! ;) I'm trying SO hard not to get attached! It's my goal to get them off of formula and then find them good homes! :) I haven't introduced my dogs to them yet... I figure lets get their eyes open first, and then maybe I'll let them say hi!

Scripps- Ya know, when I was pregnant with Kayln, I worked up until 3 days before giving birth to her! And I feel GREAT with this pregnancy so far! The only reason I would quit working is if I had to, but if it keeps going like this, I'll just work right up until I have her too! :) I may cut my hours back some in a few months. Sean really wants me to, but like I said, we'll see how I feel! :) So how far along are you considered now? I always get confused with the timing on dpo with ivf! Glad you are continuing to do well!! :)

Jmh2005- Hhmm.. so werid that it was neg! Is AF still late?? I agree with Mommyin10, test again! I have a friend on here who got her BFP after AF was due too, so yours may just show up late as well!!! Good luck! ;)

Ad_06- So good to hear from you!! Sorry about AF showing! :( Do you think you'll be able to start your meds this cycle or are you waiting another round?

luvkayln - thats a good point. she still hasn't shown yet so im really confused now especially is it ever possible to just skip a period? I am usually like clockwork and this has never happened to me. I guess we will just wait around to see.

My appt went really well! We saw the sac & I am just so relieved! Ahhhhhh! (my sigh of relief!) Our next appt is next Fri to look for the heartbeat! =)

Beta today was 648 from 274 on Wednesday, so that's good.  

On the other hand, my doctor--who forced me to make a 3-hr round trip to pay him for a little information--told me that he didn't want me to fly to the U.S. next week.  Before the ivf I asked him if I could fly if I got pregnant, and he said yes.  

Since he didn't answer my email on Tuesday and tickets at reasonable prices were almost gone, I bought tickets on Wednesday.  The thing is, my doctor is off to Greece tomorrow and told me he won't have email, so it's not like he can take care of me during this time, and he didn't have any specific reason for telling me not to fly other than it's a long trip (10 hours of flight time).

I was really upset because I hate struggling for information and I hate people who change their minds for no reason and without explanation.  

DH thinks the doctor is fickle and unprofessional--he has changed his mind on me before, and DH thinks making me go see him today for a few answers was greedy.  Oh, I asked the doctor about pre-natal vitamins, and he said I didn't need them--just keep taking the folic acid, and he'll give me iron pills later.

Do you all think that I could make the trip with every caution for circulation (circulation socks, lots of water, frequent strolls down the aisle)?  It would do a lot of good for my stress level to be in the U.S. with family for a while rather than alone in a Paris apartment.  I would like to know your opinions.

That would probably depend on how many stops, fne, your flight makes.  Ask another Dr., as a hypothetical ?, just 2c what they say.  Go to questions on a forum that M.D.'s answer to all that post them.  

They'll still tell you to check w/your Dr., 1st, anyway.  You have to decide, what's more important, how you feel, or the baby's welfare?  The ball's in your court.....GL

Hey everyone.  I didn't come to work until noon today and I'm leaving early because I have a massive headache.  I've been wearing sunglasses at work, ha ha.   Well I had a MAJOR temp spike today.  From 96.1 to 97.5    so that looks good.  Still got a -opk, but I'm really not worried. I figure we're bd'ing just in case, so there's not much else we can do.  

Sorry it's so short today but I feel like poo.  So I'm going to head home here in about 10 minutes!

AMus4u, I don't understand why the number of stops would make any difference, but it's one stop, two flights.  Also, I'm obviously not going to choose my feelings over the baby's welfare--I don't know why you would even suggest that's the situation,

The question is: is there any threat to the baby's welfare?  Nothing I could find on the internet said there is.  My doctor gave me no reason--everything looks great.  I'm distressed because I want to trust my doctor and do as he says, but this is the same person who recommended 3 hours of travel on metros and buses today so I could pay him for information he could have written in 5 minutes in an email and who said I don't need pre-natal vitamins.  Hence, I would like to know what professional advice other people have received on this issue.

Obviously, those of us who have come to know & support you know that you are simply asking a question so that you do what's best for your baby, just like any of us would.
